  1. How does the PixieLane business model work?

    PixieLane provides each consultant with their own unique website which makes it easier than ever for customers to shop, and for you to build a profitable PixieLane business. PixieLane manages all of the inventory and shipping from your website sales so that your website is working for you around-the-clock, even when you’re not actively selling to a customer. You earn 20% commission on all of your website sales. Through our expanded wholesale offering, consultants can purchase clothing at wholesale prices and sell through in-home and virtual trunk shows, social media, pop-up shops and personal & virtual shopping appointments at set retail prices -- keeping up to 40-42% of every sale, in addition to increased commission on retail sales up to 30%.

  2. How much does it cost to start and what is the time commitment?

    You can get started as a PixieLane Brand Ambassador for as low as $199, and get retail merchandise credit as well as 20% commission on all orders, even your own! Wholesale starter packages begin at $1,200 and include a mix of curated product and merchandise credit. PixieLane can be flexible and work into any schedule. Consultants control their own time and the amount of money they make. It’s all about how much time a consultant wants to put into growing their business.

  3. Is this an MLM or pyramid scheme?

    We are not an MLM (multi-level marketing business). Our consultants are independent boutique owners that focus just on getting the most comfy and cutest clothes in the hands of moms around the country. Consultants do not make money off bringing in other consultants and only make money off the clothes they sell to their community. We focus on selling - not recruiting. And, because of that, our consultants have a pretty impressive profit margin since we're not paying out leader bonuses and overrides to those at the top!

  4. Are there any hidden costs?

    There are no hidden costs. Consultants have two ways to sell PixieLane; through their website and through the wholesale channel. For items purchased at the wholesale price, Consultants will sell them to their community at our set retail prices and keep all of the profit directly from the sale.

  5. Do I get to choose my own styles?

    YES! For consultants who are accepted to our wholesale program, our designer assorts initial starter packages based on the best selling styles, prints, and seasonality of a consultant's location. From that point on, a consultant may order any style, any size, any print and any quantity. Consultants have full control over their inventory and can customize future orders based on what sells best for their community.
